Job Responsibilities

  • Assist prospective dual enrollment students, their families, and graduating seniors with enrollment processes, including career exploration, application submission, document collection, and testing coordination, while acting as a liaison with various departments.
  • Conduct informative presentations and one-on-one sessions with potential students regarding dual enrollment, traditional enrollment, apprenticeships, financial aid, scholarships, and other relevant topics that facilitate college transition.
  • Collaborate with high schools and career centers to develop curriculum pathways that enable students to take TAP assessments for smooth transitions post-program completion.
  • Work alongside guidance departments, admissions personnel, campus directors, and deans to ensure that suitable course offerings are available for student registration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
A Bachelor's degree along with experience in student services programs is required.

Preferred Qualifications
A Master's degree and at least one year of experience in higher education recruitment is preferred.

Additional Comments
Availability for some evenings and weekends is required.
