Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in infants.
  • Establish a nurturing and safe environment that fosters a sense of belonging and security for each child.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and shared goals for each child's development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and implement new ideas and strategies to enhance the program.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required with coursework in Early Childhood Development (ECD 101).
  • Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with infants and young children.
  • Ability to communicate and provide support to a diverse group of families.
  • References required.
