Key Responsibilities:
  • Outreach: Engage with prospective students and their families through phone calls to inform them about enrollment events, guide them through the admissions process, and address any inquiries they may have.
  • Data Management: Support the accurate entry and upkeep of student data within the admissions database.
  • Reception Duties: Offer courteous and professional assistance to visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of admissions events, such as Open Houses and Accepted Students Days, along with other recruitment activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with other members of the Enrollment Services team to facilitate a seamless admissions process.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a current student.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:
  • Availability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Willingness to work during summer and on occasional weekends.
  • Clear verbal communication skills over the phone.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
