Junior Enrollment Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach: Engage with prospective students and their families through phone calls to inform them about enrollment events, guide them through the admissions process, and address any inquiries they may have.
- Data Management: Support the accurate entry and upkeep of student data within the admissions database.
- Reception Duties: Offer courteous and professional assistance to visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of admissions events, such as Open Houses and Accepted Students Days, along with other recruitment activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with other members of the Enrollment Services team to facilitate a seamless admissions process.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a current student.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Willingness to work during summer and on occasional weekends.
- Clear verbal communication skills over the phone.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
