Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Material Sales Representative to drive business growth in Orange County, CA.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to lead our Orange/San Diego Counties territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with contractors, engineers, owners, and developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our construction materials business in Orange County
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, engineers, and owners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities, company-paid health insurance, 401(k) matching, car allowance, laptop, cell phone, and opportunities for advancement within our organization.
