A leading food delivery service is seeking an accomplished Business Growth Manager to spearhead sales efforts in the Los Angeles territory. This role focuses on driving revenue growth for the SMB segment, empowering merchants to reach their full potential. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for sustainable growth and high-value account retention.

  • Expand and develop a portfolio of high-value local restaurant groups in the greater Los Angeles area.
  • Work closely with accounts to identify growth opportunities and facilitate expansion through strategic partnerships.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of in-app marketing, Ads, and other product offerings to merchants.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Support teams to resolve merchant challenges.
  • This role requires three days of in-office work per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow a portfolio of high-value local restaurant groups in the greater Los Angeles area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or new business, demonstrating a track record of growing a book of business and meeting specific goals.
  • Experience handling integration/POS issues.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions effectively and build compelling cases.
  • Persistence and influence to overcome objections and secure client commitment.
