Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at AppleOne. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Provide patient support and education on medical procedures and treatments
  • Process patient authorizations and referrals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • EPIC and medical terminology experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
