Job Title: Human Resources Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and practices that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in HRIS systems and recruitment software.
