Position Title: Director of Marketing

Location: Irvine, CA

Employment Type: Direct Hire, 100% Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 am - 5 pm PST

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000

Role Overview:

As the Director of Marketing at Ledgent Technology, you will spearhead the formulation and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement. You will oversee a dedicated team of marketing professionals and work closely with various departments to fulfill business goals and strengthen market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement all-encompassing marketing strategies to showcase company offerings across targeted demographics.
  • Lead the conception and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing digital marketing, advertising, trade shows, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and other divisions to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and product strategies.
  • Effectively manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment and meet strategic goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint industry trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials, including sales documentation, product literature, and promotional content.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Evaluate marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators to assess campaign success and refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within the technology or security sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proven track record in crafting and executing strategic marketing plans that yield significant business outcomes.
  • Experience in planning, designing, and executing industry trade shows.
  • Web design experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time as needed.
  • May require prolonged standing.
  • Regularly operates a computer and potentially other work-related equipment.
  • Frequent, continuous, and intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrists and spine, including repetitive motions.
  • Consistent verbal communication and idea exchange.
  • Constant clarity of vision at varying distances.
  • May encounter outdoor weather conditions and varying noise levels.
