**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in Southern California. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that differentiates Stream Realty Partners in the local market and supports the growth of our business lines.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that differentiates Stream Realty Partners in the local market and supports the growth of our business lines.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for pursuits, presentations, and proposals, collaborating with sales professionals to develop strategies and value propositions for proposals and presentations.
  • Organize, attend, and contribute to preparation meetings with sales/service line professionals and subject matter experts to strategically participate and gain key input for critical marketing efforts.
  • Develop new and innovative ways to present Stream Realty Partners in the marketplace and differentiate throughout the business development cycle.
  • Ensure effective PR placement opportunities across all business lines either through in-house resources or third-party agencies.
  • Leverage team creativity, outside resources, and national platform to identify best-in-class, cutting-edge marketing tactics and formats that distinguish Stream Realty Partners from its competitors.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and marketing team members against strict deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality control methods and department processes required to produce quality work products and timely delivery of submittals/deliverables.
  • Initiate and lead discussions with internal clients to drive a strategic marketing approach that helps to facilitate new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and production of creative/marketing collateral that adheres to corporate brand standards.
  • Serve as the local brand champion, ensuring brand and logo integrity in all created materials.
  • Direct, coach, evaluate, and mentor marketing personnel to ensure they are meeting/exceeding expectations.
  • Continuously evaluate marketing resources to ensure optimal support is consistently delivered, measuring workflow efficiencies through project management programs in place.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree/master's degree, preferably in marketing.
  • Strong presence with a focus on and passion for consultative proactive marketing.
  • Track record of sophisticated strategic marketing and business development experience.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a high-functioning team.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and other sales enablement technology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of and commitment to superior client service (internally and externally).
  • Upholds the highest standards in spelling, grammar, syntax, and style.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a demanding workload.
  • Ability to function as a player/coach.
  • Ability to listen, build, and maintain rapport with internal and external clients.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a marketing emphasis within the professional services realm.
  • Commercial real estate industry experience is a strong plus.
