Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enablement Program Manager to join our team at Cypress HCM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training and enablement programs to support our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our sales teams.
  • Enablement Strategy: Develop and implement enablement strategies that align with our business objectives and support the growth of our sales teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the sales learning experience.
  • Content Management: Manage and update existing content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including field sales, sales operations, and commission finance, to ensure enablement efforts are aligned with their needs and our company's strategic objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Training and Onboarding: Create and deliver comprehensive training and onboarding programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization, ensuring that changes are effectively communicated and that teams are supported through transitions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or instructional design, communications, or organizational behavior.
  • Experience: Basic knowledge of sales training technology and methodologies, with demonstrable experience in sales enablement concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to build enablement content and curricula from instructional design documentation, relevant experience preparing, developing, and executing sales effectiveness strategies, tactics, and action plans, and technology proficiency in enablement platforms and tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
  • Personal Qualities: Adaptability, flexibility in managing change, and a willingness to learn and implement new technologies, methodologies, and practices, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: Up to $38.73 per hour.
