- Training and Onboarding: Create and deliver comprehensive training and onboarding programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization, ensuring that changes are effectively communicated and that teams are supported through transitions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or instructional design, communications, or organizational behavior.
- Experience: Basic knowledge of sales training technology and methodologies, with demonstrable experience in sales enablement concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to build enablement content and curricula from instructional design documentation, relevant experience preparing, developing, and executing sales effectiveness strategies, tactics, and action plans, and technology proficiency in enablement platforms and tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
- Personal Qualities: Adaptability, flexibility in managing change, and a willingness to learn and implement new technologies, methodologies, and practices, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Hourly Rate: Up to $38.73 per hour.
