The selected candidate will be tasked with onboarding, engaging, and retaining clients to ensure they receive optimal value from the platform.

This role encompasses the entire client experience, from initial onboarding through to ongoing support, and is pivotal in fostering client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the client journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the company's software and promoting its adoption through proactive communication
  • Consulting clients on best practices for car wash CRM and e-commerce
  • Collecting product feedback and relaying it to the development team
  • Managing accounts that are at risk and addressing customer escalations
  • Providing assistance with customer inquiries and feature requests

The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented collaborator who possesses a strong sense of empathy for clients and a commitment to helping them maximize their use of the platform.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $75,000—$100,000 USD, and the organization is dedicated to promoting diversity and equal opportunity in employment.
