**Job Summary**

The Customer Support Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with online sales, logistics tracking, service questions, and warranty claims.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage service requests to resolve customer concerns while supporting the company's mission
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical and functional support for our e-bicycles
  • Represent the company as a courteous and knowledgeable brand ambassador
  • Document all interactions and manage associated data
  • Create documentation to support internal and external resolution communication

**Requirements:**

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient with office software, preferably Google Workspace
  • Experience with customer service or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk)
  • Availability to work until 5:00 PM MST to support our western-US customer base

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in the bicycle industry
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)
