Job Description

Amphenol Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Hampton, NH. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing activities such as employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management for the Ardent Concepts Business Unit and the California sales office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members
  • Communicate and maintain HR policies to employees in a timely manner
  • Partner with management to align HR goals with business initiatives
  • Maintain HR systems and processes for the US-based sales team and the Ardent Concepts Business Unit
  • Lead performance and salary reviews
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Drive compliance-related activities, including RBA audit, Affirmative Action planning, and EEO-1 reporting
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law, including California compliance
  • Lead US-based sales incentive calculations on an annual basis

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of prior HR experience, management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or PHR/HRCI certification preferred, CA specific certification preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, communication, and organization skills
  • Proficiency using HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
