Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Air National Guard Units. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our personnel on a range of HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance to commanders and supervisors on HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support the unit's goals and objectives
  • Conduct training and development programs for personnel on HR-related topics
  • Manage and maintain personnel records and data
  • Provide support and guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for employee benefits and compensation
  • Provide support and guidance on recruitment and selection processes
  • Manage and maintain HR systems and databases
Requirements
  • 12 months of specialized experience in HR or a related field
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives
  • Experience in conducting training and development programs
  • Experience in managing and maintaining personnel records and data
  • Experience in providing support and guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for employee benefits and compensation
  • Experience in providing support and guidance on recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience in managing and maintaining HR systems and databases
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
