Job Overview

Sparks Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive product sales and growth
  • Process and manage customer orders, including checking product availability and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience in an office setting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong computer and data entry skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence.
