In this position, you will:
  • Oversee and manage the complete shipment process.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders involved in shipment management.
  • Coordinate the overall flow of end-to-end shipments.
  • Deliver value to clients through effective business solutions, utilizing strong business acumen and process knowledge.
  • Address inquiries from shippers, clients, Key Account Managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution and response.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach to minimize errors and implement preventive strategies.
  • Identify process deviations and proactively communicate them to clients and reporting managers.
  • Respond to all inquiries accurately and in a timely manner, escalating issues as outlined in standard operating procedures.
  • Engage in proactive communication by regularly participating in conference calls with clients to facilitate seamless process flow.
  • Work closely with Key Customer Managers and the commercial team to build and enhance customer relationships.
What You Bring:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management operations from both origin and destination perspectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to driving resolutions and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • A sense of urgency, with a focus on resolving issues and persistence in overcoming challenges.
