Job Description

BGIS is seeking a highly skilled and organized Facility Services Coordinator to join our team in Germantown, MD. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing facilities operations, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, visitors, and contractors.
  • Manage facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Coordinate and schedule facilities-related activities, such as room bookings, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
