Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department executives and staff.
- Logistical Support: Provide data entry and record-keeping support for various engineering activities, including travel, recruiting, purchasing, and office supplies.
- Software Development Support: Assist in software development processes, including document approval and control, license purchases, and tracking functions.
- Administrative Support: Back up other Administrative Assistants within Engineering as needed and maintain the security, integrity, and confidentiality of information.
- Travel and Expense Management: Arrange staff travel and submit expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement.
- Departmental Support: Track department expenses, reconcile purchasing card statements, and organize group events and meetings.
- Time Reporting: Follow up on time reporting to ensure completion by team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 or more years of experience in a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook/Teams.

- Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and team skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to multi-task and follow up on tasks.
