Event Sales Manager

Union Square Events is a leading provider of culinary and operations services in the hospitality industry. We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Event Sales Manager will be responsible for selling and producing full-service off-premises catered events. This includes managing client relationships, leading internal execution of events, and driving top-line revenue through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Drive revenue growth through in-person meetings, calls, and emails
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and venues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of annual events, competition, and event trends in the New York Metro area
- Manage all client communications and ensure high-quality experience delivery
- 3+ years of event or catering experience
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Wine, beer, and spirits knowledge, as well as food knowledge and interest in culinary trends
