Job Summary

Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our team. As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial, technical, and administrative support to our Navy RDT&E activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate contracts and ongoing projects, developing systems for data collection, reporting criteria, and contract records.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of budgets, monitoring commitments, obligations, and expenditures to ensure benchmarks are being met.
  • Create and maintain databases, enter and retrieve data, analyze, create, and present reports from databases.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, assist with arrangements for presenters, and identify participants.
  • Prepare fact sheets, brochures, charts, and multimedia presentations, proofread and edit documents, coordinate printing, and prepare mailings.
  • Provide support to Program Officers in planning, managing, and monitoring major RDT&E projects.
  • Prepare presentation materials for management reports, ensure program expenses are charged correctly, and research discrepancies and provide reasons and possible corrections.
  • Monitor contract financial reports, review for accuracy and completeness.
  • Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience providing business and financial support.
  • Recent experience working with government financial systems and the following systems/software: Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP), Defense Travel (DTS), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Joint Personnel Accountability System (JPAS), Microsoft Access, Microsoft SharePoint, Contract and Grant Administration Management Information System (CAMIS), and Advana.
  • Recent experience with government planning, forecasting, program budgeting, funding execution, performance monitoring, and reporting against commitment, obligation, and expenditure benchmarks.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (financial system) or similar DOD accounting software is required.
  • Five (5) years of Federal grant management experience, Department of Navy or Defense preferred.
  • Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
Education
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Accounting.
