Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior FMS Program Analyst will provide programmatic acquisition and financial management support for FMS cases in the F-35 Joint Program Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide defense acquisition management support for FMS cases throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Evaluate historical and current financial data to understand the customers' financial situation in accordance with their signed Letter of Agreement (LOA).
  • Develop and brief material to senior client leadership.
  • Track, analyze, and report on financial data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Transcribe and summarize meeting minutes and notes and assist in the preparation and closure of action items.
  • Assist in the scheduling of appointments in support of Government customers, the coordination of arrangements for meetings and conferences, and the arrangement of travel reservations and accommodations.
  • Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least ten (10) total years of related work experience.
  • At least five (5) years providing financial and/or acquisition management support for foreign military sales (FMS) programs in DOD program offices.
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition program lifecycles, requirements, and regulations.
  • Ability to develop and brief material to senior client leadership.
  • Knowledge of DoD operational and administrative chains of command, including relationships between the various government offices, military services, and defense agencies and field activities.
  • Experience with International program and project financial management or contracting environments.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel formulas and their effective use in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Active DOD SECRET security clearance.
  • Master's degree from an institution accredited in the United States.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients.
  • Attend meetings and provide client support onsite/in person when required.
