Position Summary
We are in search of a seasoned Human Resources Lead to become a vital part of our HR Operations team, reporting directly to the Head of HR based in the UK. This role is hands-on and encompasses a wide range of HR functions, specifically tailored to support our employee base in a dynamic, global organization.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the global People function, you will serve as an individual contributor in this HR generalist role. You will collaborate effectively with both local colleagues and global HR teams, managing diverse stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle.

The Human Resources Lead will focus on enhancing our people and culture initiatives, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional HR services to our US workforce while contributing to the broader objectives of our global People function.

Essential Duties
- Develop and uphold HR philosophies, policies, and procedures that align with our cultural and ESG goals.
- Provide timely and effective responses to HR inquiries, ensuring comprehensive advice and documentation.
- Manage organizational changes, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
- Oversee compliance matters, including mandatory training and documentation checks.
- Collaborate with US leaders to understand their needs and support their business growth through effective people strategies.
- Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues, proposing solutions and standardizing approaches where applicable.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in generalist Human Resources, particularly with a US-based workforce in a global context.
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws, compensation, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
