About this role:

The IT Support Specialist at Sealing Devices is responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. This role works under the supervision of the Network Administrator, providing help desk support for onsite and remote users.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers/scanners).

Administer user accounts.

Primary contact for all help desk requests.

Manage/support Company cell phones.

Maintain inventory of all end devices and Windows applications.

Monitor and address desktop security issues.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with an Associate Degree in Information Technology or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant job experience, working as a Help Desk or Technical Support Specialist in a manufacturing or business environment is preferred. Basic PC setup and trouble shooting proficiency, basic understanding of server/client architecture in a Microsoft-based environment, familiarity with repair and support of PC peripheral devices, and familiarity with fundamental networking concepts are also required.
