Job Overview

About the Role:

  • This position involves designing and delivering world-class technical training programs for our internal and external team members.
  • The successful candidate will assess current training needs, develop innovative training materials, and deliver effective training sessions to diverse groups.
  • We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CT Baggage Scanner technology is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with subject matter experts to understand training requirements.
  • Design and develop engaging training materials, including online courses, videos, and workshops.
  • Lead special projects determined by business needs and priorities.
  • Track completion of training and ensure processes are in place for evaluation and improvement.
  • Deliver training to large audiences through webinars or in-person sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering technical training, including online and interactive training.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, especially PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
