Rehabilitation Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Peabody, Massachusetts.
About the RoleThis is an ongoing full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week with 8-hour shifts, working days. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience for Advanced Clinician, 5 years for Clinical Specialist, and 10 years for Advanced Clinical Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address patients' age and situation, including discharge planning.
- Revise treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines.
- Orient, train, and mentor healthcare students to achieve performance expectations.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Basic skills in math and computer science.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- BLS certification required.
- Computer proficiency, with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
