Key Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians in preparing patients for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate positioning and comfort.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure optimal working conditions.
  • Prepare and process medical images, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to address any issues or concerns related to imaging procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field; certification as an RT(R) (Radiologic Technologist) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year experience in medical imaging or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws and guidelines.
