Position Summary:

The Treasury Management Support Specialist is accountable for delivering comprehensive operational assistance across four essential areas: implementation, training, customer service, and cross-selling of Treasury Management services. This role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external clients to ensure exceptional service delivery, meeting customer needs, and facilitating a seamless support process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Treasury Management clients, banking colleagues, and service partners.
  • Facilitate the implementation and setup of Treasury Management services, including ACH, Business Online Banking, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), and Wire Transfers.
  • Prepare customer documentation, coordinate necessary approvals, and manage the activation of services within the Treasury Management system.
  • Conduct customer maintenance tasks, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and filed according to established procedures.
  • Manage Account Analysis Maintenance forms and ensure proper billing codes are activated for accurate service charge assessments.
  • Monitor Business Online Banking enrollments, Bill Pay enrollments, and Positive Pay exceptions on a daily basis.
  • Maintain records of all Treasury Management enrollments and service requests using Excel tracking sheets.
  • Process requests for service terminations efficiently.
  • Independently address customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Utilize sound judgment in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service experiences.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities to support revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
  • Stay informed on Treasury Management policies, product knowledge, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to clients.
  • Educate colleagues on Treasury Management products and services, becoming a valuable resource across departments.
  • Assist with special projects and system upgrades as needed.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in banking, particularly in Treasury Management products and services, is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for after-hours and weekend work as needed.
