**Job Summary**

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects to ensure they are completed within a timely manner, meet project objectives, and align with strategic objectives. This role supports the design, development, and delivery of training programs and communications related to their portfolio of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead projects through all stages from planning, executing, supervising, and closure as assigned.
  • Assemble project teams and manage projects on an ongoing basis to identify risk, implement changes, monitor, and communicate progress.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and follow internal procedures for approval and closure.
  • Prepare or assist in budget preparation based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop or work with related vendors to create a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and the Business Transformation Officer to ensure successful management of the portfolio of projects.
  • Ensure team members are managed effectively and kept informed of all related issues.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Participate and present in any oversight or applicable committees to support the project management function.
  • Maintain internal project documents, procedures, and templates.
  • Provide organizational training and awareness about the project management process as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Project management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred. Willingness to obtain certification to support job functions.
  • Banking experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments.
  • Adaptability as projects needs evolve.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Sit at a desk and computer terminal for extended time periods.
  • Typical work hours Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
  • Some travel involved.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
