We are in search of a diligent and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Coordinator to become a vital part of our team.

In this role, you will be tasked with facilitating each assigned project related to the creation of new dispensary websites, ensuring efficient and successful site launches.

This position demands a solid grasp of Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") business operations, outstanding organizational capabilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects concurrently.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist the Onboarding Manager throughout the comprehensive onboarding process for all dispensary websites, guaranteeing a smooth transition from sales to launch.


Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, client success managers, and sales representatives, to gather requirements and ensure the effective onboarding of new clients.

Conduct quality assurance assessments to verify the functionality, usability, and compatibility of all launched websites.


Prepare client presentations, document meeting notes, distribute detailed recaps, and proactively follow up with clients to maintain seamless communication and execution of action items.


Configure and implement Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console for all launched websites, delivering valuable insights and tracking performance metrics.

Perform routine onboarding tasks, such as domain configuration, email account setup, and third-party service integration.


Utilize project management platforms, such as ClickUp and Confluence, to monitor project progress, document procedures, and ensure effective communication across teams.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any issues that may arise.


Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the onboarding process and overall customer experience.


What You Will Bring to the Team:
A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

Experience in a comparable role, ideally within a SaaS organization or web development agency.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO methodologies.

Proficiency in tools such as ClickUp, Confluence, and HubSpot.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-driven with a proactive and positive mindset.

Experience in the cannabis sector or with dispensary websites is advantageous.
