Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Coordinator at SSA Group, you will be instrumental in sourcing and integrating exceptional talent into our organization. Your role will ensure that new employees experience a seamless transition into their positions, fostering a positive and engaging onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilize various platforms to source potential candidates, including job boards and professional networks.
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments through resume reviews and initial phone interviews.
- Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist in the formulation and delivery of job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and the recruitment process.

Onboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute orientation materials and resources for new employees.
- Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions and training programs.
- Act as a primary contact for new hires, addressing inquiries and concerns throughout the onboarding phase.
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation, including compliance forms.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance department-specific onboarding activities.
- Collect feedback from new employees to continually refine the onboarding experience.

- Previous administrative experience is preferred, with all educational backgrounds considered.
