About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Client Relationships to lead our client service teams and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive contact initiatives to identify and satisfy client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain and grow Aon's business by cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers and day-to-day client contacts.
  • Ensure overall account profitability with a value-based approach for the scope of service and costs.
  • Lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs, and promote the value Aon delivers to clients.
  • Develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies, and coordinate with Brokers in the development and delivery of renewal strategies.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for client service teams, and ensure that team members meet their responsibilities.
  • Facilitate critical relationships between clients, Aon, and insurers, and ensure client service team understanding of client needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework relevant to services delivered.
  • Manage input to and follow-up on invoicing and receivables process for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.
  • Earn at least 2 of the following Badges: Articulating Value Badge, RFP Rehearsal Coach Badge, and Redsheet Facilitator Badge.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of appropriate risk insurance experience coupled with project and account management experience on mid to large accounts.
  • Strong sales skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • An active Property & Casualty license.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
