Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- **Cost Management**: Estimate project costs, process change orders, and utilize management reports to identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring profitability.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that installations meet customer specifications and D A Central's quality standards.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the engineering department during the design and drafting phases, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- **Material Coordination**: Manage procurement of materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery to the job site.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive records of project status, changes, and material flow, facilitating accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training to clients on installed systems and oversee the development of training materials.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant operations role within a similar organization.
- Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Excel.

- Timely and satisfactory completion of installation projects.
- Adherence to budgetary constraints and project documentation accuracy.
