Maintenance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Randstad US. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment
  • Develop and implement Total Preventative Maintenance programs to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines
  • Oversee people management, including goal setting, performance management, and competency development
  • Manage and optimize maintenance costs, including spare parts inventory
  • Utilize SAP and prior experience knowledge to drive maintenance efficiency
  • Experience with press brakes, automation machinery, and heavy stamping

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting at any level
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's Degree
