  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals, including technical write-ups, compliance matrices, and other supporting documentation.
  • Site Surveys and Configurations: Conduct site surveys to define correct system configurations, ensuring customer and application requirements are met.
  • Proposal Management: Identify non-compliant items in proposals and work with Product Management and Engineering to evaluate and determine appropriate responses.
  • Product Support: Provide technical support to customers, sales channel partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless product adoption and usage.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to customers, sales channel partners, and internal stakeholders, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 5-10+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or a related field, with a strong background in large integrated systems.
  • Skills: Strong presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to write technical proposals and system requirements documentation.
  • Travel: Availability to travel up to 50% in support of customer sales opportunities, with the ability to travel worldwide.
