Selectek is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer to oversee the production activities for large-scale projects from inception to delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Design and Program Management teams to implement best practices and lessons learned.

Develop expertise in manufacturing processes and equipment to guide production activities effectively.

Work with Program Management to monitor progress against milestone dates and ensure timely completion.

Assist in troubleshooting and document open issues, working with various departments to resolve them.

Set priorities for issue resolution and direct activities accordingly on the production floor, coordinating with Design and PM teams as needed.

Determine machine readiness, conduct trials, and verify tooling fits to ensure mechanical soundness and readiness for production.

Ensure machines are properly exercised and meet all required criteria before production.

Lead part builds, coordinate with customers and PM to determine inventory availability, and oversee the build activity on the company side.

Support customer production and procure necessary resources to assist as needed.


Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in manufacturing custom equipment.

College graduates with a degree in Manufacturing Technology are preferred.


Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.
