Job Overview

Schofield Insurance and Financial Services is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative to enhance our dynamic team. Compensation: Entry-level candidates can expect a base salary of $40,000 annually, with potential earnings of $500 for each new account generated. Experienced candidates will receive a base salary of $48,000 annually, also with the opportunity to earn $500 per new account. First-year earnings, including base salary and commissions, can exceed $60,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your relationship-building skills to identify and engage prospective clients regarding our insurance products and services.
  • Employ your attention to detail to create tailored insurance policies that meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting existing clients with policy modifications and unique requests.
  • Support clients through various communication channels, including phone and email.
  • Leverage your presentation skills to develop and deliver sales presentations aimed at securing a minimum of four new accounts each month.

Qualifications:

An Active Indiana Property & Casualty License is required within the first 60 days.

Prior experience in an insurance agency is essential.

Proficiency in basic computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite, is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

A critical thinker with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

An organized communicator with professional typing skills is preferred.
