Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Development: Consult with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored advice on product and service alternatives.
  • Cross-Selling and Referrals: Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to existing clients, and refer them to business partners as needed.
  • Client Service and Support: Provide exceptional service to clients, resolving issues and maintaining contact through proactive touch points.
  • Sales and Service Targets: Achieve sales and service targets by marketing a range of consumer and small business banking services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Operations Oversight: Proactively resolve customer maintenance and service problems, and maintain knowledge of banking channels and digital solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Licensing: Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently registered.
