Position Overview:
As a Territory Sales Associate, you will have the chance to operate the distinctive yellow delivery vehicle. Your role involves selling and distributing frozen food products to established clients while fostering robust relationships to enhance and expand your sales territory.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm; typical working hours are from 8:30am to 6:30pm (start and end times may vary based on individual routes)

Employment Type:
Full-time

Salary:
$44,000 - $47,000/year ($140/day + commission - Initial 12 weeks are guaranteed pay at $920/week)

Additional incentives and bonuses are available based on sales performance.

What to Expect:
- Comprehensive 2-3 weeks of paid, hands-on training provided by supportive leaders focused on your success, emphasizing safety.
- An established sales route assigned upon successful completion of training.
- Earnings based on performance; increased sales lead to higher income.
- Incentives for upselling and acquiring new clientele.
- Monthly bonuses linked to your performance metrics.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Enjoy most weekends off while maintaining a consistent schedule averaging 50 hours a week (approximately 10-hour days).

Requirements:
