Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Partner to oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
    • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure exceptional guest service and food quality
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of restaurant operations
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Employee Development and Retention
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve performance and job satisfaction
    • Implement employee recognition and reward programs to promote retention and engagement
  • Guest Service and Satisfaction
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience
    • Monitor and address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in sales growth, operational efficiency, and employee retention
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
    • Knowledge of health, safety, and labor regulations
