Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director and VP of Brand Development to create, publish, and design a variety of content, including videos, whitepapers, and more.
  • Oversee the distribution of content across various platforms and evaluate comparative analytics and market trends.
  • Assist in the upkeep and enhancement of the website and social media channels. Support the planning and execution of events.
  • Manage administrative and logistical tasks related to brand initiatives.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Generate innovative concepts aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Share accountability with the team for the successful implementation of brand initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Marketing, PR, or Brand Development.
  • A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, along with familiarity with graphic design software.
  • Strong capabilities in both creative and analytical thinking.
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn from experiences and take responsibility.

Additional Information:

The base salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on several factors, including prior experience, relevant expertise, and market conditions. The expected base salary for this role typically ranges between $70,000 and $85,000 per year, but the final offer may differ based on individual circumstances. The total compensation package may also include discretionary bonuses and other incentive programs. This position is at-will, and the company reserves the right to adjust compensation based on performance and market factors.
