- Assist and interact with hardware and software vendors.
- Participate in the maintenance, implementation, troubleshooting, and end-user support for applications, mobile devices, and servers.
- Implement security policies and protocols for the department, college, and University.
- Replace equipment that has reached the end of its warranty or lifecycle.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining hardware and software inventory; interact with vendors.
Requires an Associate Degree or higher, plus four years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
BenefitsPenn State offers competitive benefits to full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, in addition to generous vacation time (18 days per year; accrued on a monthly basis), sick time (12 days a year; accrued on a monthly basis) and paid holidays (13 per calendar year).
Additional InformationThis position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work. Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process.
This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is: $51, $74,000.00
