Position Overview:

This role is pivotal in propelling the growth and expansion of our business. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and various cross-functional teams to meet business goals and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting research to identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships that align with our growth strategy.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while establishing connections with new prospects.
  • Crafting and delivering engaging presentations to potential clients, highlighting our products and services.
  • Providing exceptional service support and coordination for customers.
  • Developing proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Creating and maintaining action plans to help accounts achieve targets and identify specific actions to enhance earnings.
  • Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Assisting in the Business Development Review Process with initial intake and analysis.
  • Facilitating cross-functional team reviews and supporting task acceleration to drive process structure and improve KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
  • 2 - 5 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the packaging sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
