Overview: We are seeking a driven and talented individual to take on the role of a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist. This position is essential in contributing to the success of our nationwide sales team and managing a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and showcase the client's pharmaceutical products to both targeted and non-targeted healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
  • Develop a strategic business plan tailored to influence prescribing decisions among physicians for the appropriate patient demographics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers to foster loyalty towards the company and its products, enhancing brand recognition.
  • Employ a defined sales approach to secure maximum commitment from customers during each interaction, driving positive engagement outcomes.
  • Utilize insights from clinical studies and managed care to effectively consult and maintain robust customer relationships, tailoring discussions to meet specific physician needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or business-to-business sales.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required, including overnight stays.
  • Residence within or near the designated territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in relevant disease states such as respiratory, immunology, or diabetes.
  • A proven track record of sales success.
