Job Overview

Position Summary
As a Service Operations Coordinator at BearCom, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing expectations related to quality, performance, and timely communication. This position involves working with sophisticated wireless communication systems tailored for both public safety and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication abilities, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle emergency and non-emergency inquiries, documenting all relevant details.
  • Resolve issues and fulfill requests by directing information to the appropriate resources or providing solutions.
  • Coordinate and schedule resources for service calls and projects.
  • Utilize communication tools to dispatch teams to designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of calls, activities, and other pertinent information in the computer system.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers to enhance service delivery.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm with data entry proficiency.
  • Familiarity with emergency procedures and protocols.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written); bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adhere to company protocols and contribute to procedural improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Capability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and critical thinking abilities.
