Role Overview
We are looking for a Media Manager to spearhead our comprehensive media strategy, planning, and execution for Prime Video. This role is pivotal in crafting innovative media campaigns for Amazon Original Series and Movies, utilizing a diverse array of channels such as television, digital platforms, social media, and out-of-home advertising.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic liaison between creative marketing teams and media agencies to formulate impactful media strategies based on audience insights.
- Analyze audience data to identify opportunities and set media objectives, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Establish media goals and KPIs, adapting strategies as necessary to meet evolving market conditions.
- Create compelling storytelling materials that articulate audience-focused media strategies and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop experimental scenarios to foster media innovation and enhance campaign performance.
- Oversee budgets and timelines for media initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Generate forecasts and performance reports to track key media metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct pre-launch and post-buy performance evaluations to optimize media plans.
- Collaborate with networks and partners to explore new advertising opportunities and secure premium media placements.
- Evaluate strategic media prospects and contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications
Basic:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional marketing experience.
- Proven track record in managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in utilizing data and metrics for performance improvement.
- Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
Preferred:
- At least 6 years of professional marketing experience.

Compensation
The salary for this position varies based on geographic location and experience, ranging from $70,900 to $151,700 annually. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
