Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Director, Programmatic to join our Sales team in the U.S. Midwest. This role will be responsible for setting programmatic sales strategy, working with senior leadership to execute the sales strategy, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute programmatic sales strategy across established agency and client direct accounts
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive sales team performance and achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain key relationships at agency and client levels to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and negotiate trading agreements to grow revenue
  • Stay current on industry trends and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in the ongoing training and development of the sales organization
Requirements
  • 7 or more years of sales experience with 2 or more years in ad tech, SaaS, or programmatic sales
  • Solid relationships at the agency holding company level and partner agencies
  • Track record of consistently achieving sales revenue targets
  • Comfortable with data and telling a story with data
  • Well-rounded knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem and programmatic sales
  • Ability to execute cross-team and command respect from internal and external stakeholders
