The Reimagined Parking family encompasses a range of esteemed brands, including Impark, Lanier, Republic Parking, AmeriPark, and ParkOne. As a leader in tech-driven, customer-focused parking solutions, we operate over 3,400 high-density parking facilities across 500 cities in North America, facilitating 34 million digital transactions each year.

Your Responsibilities:
The Corporate Treasury team plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company's banking relationships, liquidity management, and payment processes to bolster our North American operations. This position is anticipated to evolve, incorporating debt compliance, equity management, and financial risk oversight in the future.

We seek a highly analytical and collaborative individual to enhance our finance organization, working closely with the Head of Strategy and Interim CFO, VP of Capital Markets, Head of Parking Finance, and Director of Accounts Payable. This role includes five direct reports located in various regions, necessitating collaboration with the executive team to establish a roadmap for Treasury's future success. Initially, the focus will be on operational responsibilities, including process enhancement and automation, with a gradual shift towards strategic oversight and compliance.

Key Achievements in the First Six Months:

  • Oversee the company's cash and debt positions in North America, providing insights on cash movements and debt repayments.
  • Implement automated cash pooling and a centralized digital payment processing system, transitioning from checks to ACH.
  • Enhance the functionality of Kyriba and other financial tools, improving processes and documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with banking technology platforms, optimizing the banking structure by eliminating unnecessary accounts.
  • Forecast and report on cash flow and working capital.
  • Manage letters of credit and other banking products.
  • Ensure access to cash and debt information for relevant stakeholders.
  • Support team members across the US, Canada, and Turkey.
  • Build and maintain relationships with payment processing vendors and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms and stay informed on industry trends.

Potential Responsibilities After Six Months:

  • Maintain a 13-week cash forecast model to ensure overall business liquidity.
  • Assist with investor relations, providing information as requested by shareholders.
  • Stay updated on capital markets, credit ratings, interest rates, FX rates, and other key performance indicators related to cash, debt, and risk exposure.
  • Support the maintenance of the capitalization table and assist investors as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing risk assessments, insurance policy renewals, and other derivative transactions to safeguard the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in investment banking or corporate treasury, with a focus on process improvement and payment processing for multi-location enterprises.
  • Certification as a Treasury Professional (CTP) is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about all facets of the business.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills are preferred for developing comprehensive financial forecasts.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with corporate debt and equity structures is advantageous for future responsibilities.
