Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TeleSpecialists LLC in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing client revenue and expanding business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Annual Revenue Attainment: Meet or exceed annual sales quota for individual account portfolio and team goals.
  • Footprint Growth: Develop influential relationships with critical stakeholders to drive customer growth for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Retention and Renewal: Track and manage client account health and renewals, upsells, and contract renegotiations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or experience in healthcare operations, management, or finance strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in sales, consulting, strategic project management, or account management for a commercial growth organization.
  • Proven ability to communicate and present to key stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Average salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
