Job Summary

Golden 1 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deposit Account Servicing and Records Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Deposit Account Servicing and Records team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Deposit Account Servicing and Records team, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, making recommendations for process improvements and new initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a financial institution or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
