Exciting Opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead our product development teams in Southern New Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new product development and delivering innovative solutions in autonomous robots, medical devices, or other cutting-edge technologies.

This is an onsite role that requires 5 days of work per week. We offer a competitive salary package that includes a base salary of $160-180K, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional technical teams through the complete development cycle to invent, design, develop, and release products to manufacturing.
  • Translate high-level project goals into system requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Provide strategic leadership to project teams, driving aggressive goals while managing project schedules, costs, and resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure crisp communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Drive day-to-day project activity to achieve results, removing roadblocks, and upholding high-performance standards.
  • Create comprehensive project plans and work closely with upper management to drive project schedules and resolve roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading medical device product development teams.
  • Experience with electromechanical products with embedded software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from initial concept through design and release.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing schedule, budget, and project resources.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills (written and verbal).
